For different reasons many games will never be published in the gog store - fuck_DRM policy (or at least gog trying to pretend to be a DRM-free store), absurd terms of cooperation that gog is pushing, support policy that is completely frustrating and disappointing, and of course non-professional personnel.

Rimland23 Ubisoft is going to cut off online support for the old Assassin´s Creed games (and a bunch of others) in September. Disturbingly, for certain games such as the original ACIII, this also includes cutting off access to DLCs (which in this case includes significant single player content/missions such as the Benedict Arnold missions or The Tyranny of KIng Washington). Please GOG, do what you can to free these games from Ubisoft´s careless clutches and get them here, DRM-free and preserved in their fullest possible form.

chuchofett Sadly with the paranoid Ubi is i don't think it's possible to have any more ACs without DRM .. and now its worst with their uPlay .. i own it there .. and i can tell you it's a complete pain .. :(
Stoiko A great game from a great franchise. All AC titles should be available on GOG. Right now the best way to get Assassin's Creed games is probably Steam, so a DRM-free distribution on GOG would be a dream-come-true!
Rinu I gave a second chance to AC1 and AC2 and one thing I can say - bring it on :). Uplay made me seriously consider to get a cracked version of my legally purchased AC2. I'm interested in sequels. Other digital distributors - who are tactically silent about the fact something like Uplay is required - are big no-no from now on. If it's on GOG without Uplay, I'll buy it at whatever price.
