Branais I'm a big City-Builder fan, have all the Sierras (except Emperor, grrr!) but I have never played the Anno games. I'd buy them on the spot if offered.
Please GOG, it would be a great series to make available.

mdlake The Anno series will appeal to anyone into the City-Builder series (Caesar, Pharaoh, Zeus, Emperor RotMK) and vice versa. The CBs were my reason to join GOG; offer the Annos and draw in another round of customers.
These are hard to find. I've played only Anno 1701 and the somewhat lacking 2070, and would love to find 1602, 1503, 1404.

Danjb This is an excellent game. One of my all-time favourites, and I'm still playing it now, ~15 years after I got it. I would love it if this game were on GOG as it's incredibly hard to find, especially in English. As far as I know the Gold Edition contains everything worth having.

We still play 1602 gold edition to this day, but it crashes very often on win7/8. It would be really awesome to have a stable version of this game.
sunshimaro Obviously we NEED the King Edition of Anno 1602. There is no other edition than the one from the german (computer bild spiele) which is running today on win 8.

Erbsenbrei Just meaning to voice my support here. 1602 was (IS) a fantastic game. In fact it may even be the best of series. It most certainly is in my mind. The OST alone is nothing short of exceptional and couldn't be touched by its following titles.
Given that Anno 1602 tends to crash on newer systems, at least in my experience (ominous 10 Minutes crash), I'd be more than pleased to see a GoG release.
Allekto would be great if GOG would add Anno1602 + expansions i miss playing it for hours and hours best anno in my opinion

out4space The funny thing is, that the Anno 1602 Gold Edition (EN) works with Windows 7.
The ingame videos are in bad shape (Indeo Codec) but this is the only let-down, since the videos are not influencing the gameplay.
There are only a few videos featuring special events, like new ore/gold deposits, droughts, war and the like, you can skip them right away.
I really enjoyed the game, playing many hours for good.
At that time the concept was new and it was a new experience as not only being an economical simulation, rather a new type of X4 experience.
I wish GOG will acquire the rights soon and be able to present us the game.
I am buying it again for sure!
WILIZIN The Anno series is nearly impossible to find, except for 2070. These old gems would be great to have. I really like Econ city building sims.

lasdlt I officially put my support behind GoG bringing Anno 1602 to their library! And then, if they were to add the other Anno games (excluding 2070, which may be good, but is certainty not old) I would consider purchasing those as well! (Money making opportunity here, GoG!)
