AOM-loveofmylifeAOM to me was the best game ever created. I was thinkin that if civilization took a turn based spin off of it that it would be a huge hit with pc gamers even console if they made it.

GodofdrakesThe game actually runs well on modern systems, the issue is multiplayer (LAN or otherwise) no longer functions. Something to do with how modern CPUs work if I recall correctly. Would love to play at this at a LAN again some day.
iamdudeThis and the Titans expansion should definitely be on GOG. I bought the game as a hard copy about four times and would still buy a digital release, just for the sake of always having access to it. One of the best RTS's of all time!

NightK@ComicGuy89 Every Age of empires had it's shortcomings in comparison to other version in the series and in Age of Mythology I find the unit cap rather annoying(There's a way to fix it thought), but I agree age of Mythology is a very fun game and tired of waiting for a GoG release, last month I bought it on amazon.co.uk.

caradrake@Velinestra: Noooooooo! :( I loved those online servers. I especially loved the modded maps that became a game of "cat and mouse." Or maps set up to look like Helms Deep, the minotaur in the labyrinth... There were so many awesome maps to play normal campaigns on, too.

5hassayI am very surprised that GOG does not offer this classic! There must be nasty legal reasons for this. I own a copy of it with its expansion, but it appears bust and would love to purchase a downloadable version (especially from GOG) to enjoy it once again.
