Revenge of the Moonrider
In the oppressed world of Vengeful Guardian: Moonrider, humanity finds an unlikely hero. After building an army of super soldiers as weapons of war, the authoritarians unwittingly seal their own fates by bringing online the ninja warrior known as Moonrider. Conceived as a tool to preserve the totalitarian state, the Moonrider instead rejects its intended purpose and wages a relentless battle for vengeance against its creators and fellow super soldiers.

Kind of reminds me of Shinobi and Ninja Gaiden. Controls feels a little loose for some of the fights. A few of the sub bosses are VERY frustrating.
Overall a great game, but I'm not sure its worth the full asking price. If you see it on sale, grab it.
This is the 2nd time I bought this game & the second time I'm getting a refund. First from Steam, now from GOG.
From the videos I've seen online, the game looks fun to play and seems like a mash-up of MEGA MAN X and SHINOBI 3, which is how I like it.
It is a shame then that the game refuses to properly install into my hardrive, and while the executible will run, it does so without any sound.
Plus according to some sources, there is some weird DRM nonsense involved when you install the game - this is why I tried buying the GOG version, which promises to be DRM Free. I don't know if that promise was fulfilled, as every attempt to install the GOG version was listed as "FAILED" (despite the game being included) and they keep trying to add this GOG File into my hard drive.
I may ask GOG for support, but don't bother calling the publisher - I emailed them and they never responded back. The developers are worse: they pretty much abandoned this game 2 yrs ago.
I really wanted to play something reminicent of SHINOBI 3 and MOONRIDER seemed like the right game, but I can't keep trying to install a faulty game.
