Sublime!

This game is very much an example of quality over quantity :) Whilst it might only be 15-30 minutes long, it is one of the most creative and atmospheric games I've seen in a while. Everything from the lighting design, to the mysterious "world" of the game to various subtle details give it the kind of distinctive atmosphere that you typically only find in novels. It's also the sort of genuinely creative interpretation of the fantasy/dark fantasy genre that only a few games (eg: "American McGee's Alice", parts of "Amid Evil" etc... have managed to do). Not to mention that it takes a lot of influence from "Bioshock Infinite", whilst also managing to be something totally unique at the same time :) Whilst the game is listed as "horror", it's more "gothic" than "scary". Whilst there are mild jump scares and menacing moments, the main character cannot be harmed and the game focuses a lot more on gothic dark fantasy atmosphere - think a weirdly reassuring "PG-rated" version of H.P, Lovecraft (but in a really good way). The gameplay is good - yes, it has actual gameplay - with puzzles that require thought but - thanks to a small number of locations, items and hotspots - the puzzles feel fun rather than frustrating. There's some mild pixel hunting in the first library room but that's my only criticism. All in all, this game is a work of ART :) It's unique, creative and brilliantly atmospheric. Yes, its very short but it is actually better than some longer games.

Cute

Cute game. About 16 mintutes to play through. Nothing too interesting in puzzles, but great atmosphere. I like a game that isn't padded.

Charming, fun, surprisingly spooky

It is indeed short, but the world is evocative and feels alive. There's little bit of back-and-forth fetch puzzling but not too extreme, and it doesn't feel like a waste of time. The game is charming, surprisingly spooky/moody, and puzzles are just interesting enough to fit a short playtime window without feeling too easy.

Not really a game

This is like the first part of the prologue to a puzzle game. Puzzles are sparse and involve using the only inventory item on the only interactable part of the screen. Plot is non-existant, although the game started out interesting. Ending is abrupt and makes the entire experience pointless. Feels like a lesser version of a 24 hour AGS game. Better games are available for free.

Should be freeware

It's a nice little game but very short. Very simple, easy puzzles, for the label "Horror" it's to nice maybe a toddler would call it "Horror" and for this age the difficult, story and length would fit too. I would give two stars but can appriciate the goodwill of the developer so the game gets a third star. The pricing is the biggest negative point 4€ is too much, wouldn't spend more than 2€ altough best fit would be to offer it as freeware in view of the size and complexity. I'm kinda sad to have to say I'm pretty disappointed by the game, 'cause you can guess there is heart and soul in this game.
