Good game with a MAJOR/FATAL flaw

My review of Lust Epidemic (LE) is in addition to my review of Treasure of Nadia (ToN) here on GOG. The LE is a prequel to ToN, but I ran out of space reviewing ToN, so I am adding something here. The two reviews should be considered together because ToN is the second chapter of LE and shares the same good and bad things with it. THE GOOD: 1. Lust Epidemic is a very interesting game REGARDLESS of adult content. Adult content is cool and all, but it is NOT what makes this game good (see THE UGLY below). 2. Interesting mystery/who-done-it story with many UNEXPECTED twists. This contrasts with most other games, regardless of the genre, where you can sense the upcoming twists a mile away. 3. Interesting characters (some two dozen of them), both male and female, pursuing their own hidden goals. 4. Events are sometimes spooky, sometimes funny. 5. Sensible quests and puzzles. 6. Good art (including animations in adult scenes). THE BAD (small things): 1. Inventory system. It is BAD. Gets in the way of solving quests and puzzles. 2. NO way to track quests – no journal/quest log of any kind, so you’d better have a notepad and a pen to write everything down so you can track your progress towards whatever goal/objective. 3. Pixel hunting!!! PIXEL HUNTING!!! Is this 1995 for fukc’s sake?! … Thankfully, there is not very much of this, but there is ENOUGH to make you google for it. SUCKS! BAD design! 4. All of the above applies to ToN as well. THE UGLY (MAJOR FLAW): 1. The Visual Novel part of the game is atrocious. It is absolutely HORRIBLE. There is WAY-WAY-WAY TOO MUCH USELESS, SUPERFLUOUS, MEANINGLESS, BLOATED TEXT. Especially in the sex scenes (see my ToN review for details). 2. The text in LE contains a horrendous number of spelling and grammar errors which sometimes make it completely UNREADABLE (this is NOT the case in ToN, in ToN they did proofread the text). The devs could have cut the text by 70-80 percent without prejudice to the game!

Underrated prequel to Treasure of Nadia

I've played Treasure of Nadia prior to this game and found it excellent. I thought this one gonna be significantly worse since it was the first project but actually it's awesome game too! Yes, it's shorter yet still gave me 25h of gameplay (Nadia 80h) but there's no grind like in the sequel and sex scenes are bit shorter. Nothing to worry though since this game is still overfilled with sex and pervertness greatly mixed with unique humor. If you enjoyed Treasure of Nadia you gonna love this one too, nothing is missed there, especially when it comes to variety of characters you meet across storyline. Despite relase date Lust Epidemic does its job well as prequel revealing more background of events from Treasure of Nadia, nothing wrong to play these games in such order. Can't wait for the third part! Finally we ain't forced to play it on Steam. Thanks GOG! :)

Detective game with MILFS

This review contains spoilers so proceed with caution. TLDR: The game is quite good. It has some performance issues that get worse the longer your session but this is to be expected as I believe they are using the wrong engine ( rpgmaker ) for what they're trying to do. I played Treasure of Nadia first so I came into this game expecting Treasure of Nadia but worse. That's more or less what you get. The animations in ToN are a lot better done and the play area is significantly increased. It's actually quite refreshing to have a more limited play area as ToN will have you wandering A LOT to try to find new items, people and events. Thankfully this isn't as annoying in this game due to it being mostly confined to a single building. You play the villain, Brad, who unwillingly goes to a competing school with your apparent worst enemy. Simon, to try to meet with a reporter and and the dean? of the rival school to discuss/sue them for their libelous representation of your school. A hurricane forces you to stay at the school for a period of days and it's up to Brad to drug all the milfs in the county, sleep with them while they're under the influence and uncover the origins of the Serum drug ( that you're feeding to everyone ) as well as the paranormal mystery shrouding the rival school. The ultimate goal being to impregnate everyone, including your sister-in-law. When I said you play the villain, I was only sort of joking Brad is a creepy asshole that drugs the folks he wants to sleep with while treating everyone else like absolute garbage. I was very much rooting for his downfall and by the end of the game you end up with seven kids so I guess he kind of lost in the end. The story is pretty interesting and the actual gameplay consists of running around solving cryptic puzzles. It's not particularly challenging and the scope is limited which is good in my opinion. If you're into MILFS, which you should be, I'd recommend picking it up. It's pretty good.

NOT a Visual Novel - A Great Adult RPG

Not much more to say. I own this on Steam and didn't know GoG started hosting it as well. The rating of 3.4 out of 5, surprised me. This game is VERY well done. For those just getting started in this side of the gaming industry, you more than likely are used to visual novels and having to read everything with adult clips. In this game, you are actively moving your character around the screen with mini games and treasure hunting. When you get to the actual adult scenes, they are better than you'll see in most visual novel games. You will not be disappointed. By the way, this is the first in a series, now on the 3rd game. All of the story's combine nicely.

Amazing Game!

Wow, even without the sexual content, this is the kind of game I'd normally love to play. Plenty of puzzles, mystery and intrigue. Great story line, plenty of humor, I found myself chuckling or laughing hysterically many times! I played 20+ hrs and didn't complete all the tasks by the end, still 7 more kamasutra pages remaining and only got 3 extra girls from the mystery lift, so there's definitely some replay potential. Highly recommend! I'm looking forward to playing the other games in this series.
