Rumors of mystery, treasure, and adventure have been spreading across the land about the Ruins of Gardona. It has brought many travelers and adventurers to the city, including Makina, a renowned swordswoman known throughout the kingdom. However, there’s something amiss about this place…
The citizens of Gardona seem to be acting strangely, growing more and more deviant. Could this have something to do with the ruins? It’s up to Makina to explore the city and find out what could be causing these abnormalities. Maybe she will find her answers deep within the halls and catacombs of the ruins. Or perhaps, she too will succumb to the spreading corruption...

So an ecchi game on GOG. Not one of the best AND rather short...it took me under 5 1/2 hours to finish it with all scenes and not doing a run.
The game is linear. No hidden content. Just the dungeon with 40 small stages and repetitive enemies on each level....not that they or the few boss fights are any problem.
Beware...you must download the uncensored patch at their site.
I don't think that it is worth the extra 361 MB (the graphics are not the best).
During the play there was 1 major crash...needed to reboot the system.
Not perfect... some systems are slightly annoying.
For example:
Trying to get all H-scenes? Be glad there is a hint room cause you are going to need it!
I would normally never go back to the blacksmith after getting higher tier armour then he sells... but you need to go back for some h scenes.
The combat is decent, with both buyable and loot drop items.
The only problem I have here is that the stuff you find is usually worse then the best stuff you can buy at the shop at the time.
The amount of money you can make at any given time is quite good.
Selling the dungeons relics allows you to buy the latest armour and weapons after several dungeon levels.
The music is simple and nice, fitting for the game.
Is it worth it? Yes.
I bought it on sale, and it turned out to be worth it even without it being on sale.
Standard Kagura game to be honest. Not their best, but enjoyable. It's a very standard RPG with basically one dungeon with around 40 levels and a nice story. A bit more linear and repetitive than their other games though (which is part of the reason it's a 4 stars). That said, it's the only game I've seen with a "Level shop" where you can buy levels !!! :-)
As always there's a stat, here is "depravity", that may gives different path depending on the value; the highest means more lewd, but also may mean early ending (either good or bad).
I tend to play their game trying to keep that stat as low as possible and play the game to full extent. In this case, while it's possible, keeping this stat at 0 imply doing something against the persona of the character. You need to NOT help someone because if you do, you can't avoid the Hscene and end up having a stat at 5. While it's far from being a big deal and doesn't change anything, I found it irritating (LOL I'm a sucker for good story and it's the other part of rating 4/5).
Anyhow, after finishing the game, as usual, you can have access to all H scene and enjoy them at will. If you choose to play and explore the lewd content as you go, the "Hall of Memory" has a hint system to help you unlock them. There is no type of "game +" though after you beat the game.
