Night Call arrive bientôt sur GOG, sans DRM.

Was playing Stardew valley on steam using Family Share with my steam friends.

I decided the buy the game, and GOG has a 20% discount. I bought the game today, only to realize that GOG uses a separate launcher. Meaning I would loose all my progress I made on steam. I thought I would get a code to redeem in Steam.

I have not attempted to download the game, and I submitted a request to refund the game to GOG support.

What are the chances I get refunded in real money? or at all?

How long does it generally take for GOG support to reply?

I know its my own mistake for not doing my own research before buying the game, but I should be eligible for a proper refund right?
