After looking at it a bit more, it's hard to tell what the figure on the table is, but it could be a goat (wearing boots?)... and given the tongue on the dino.... I have to guess Goat Simulator.

Edit: Ahh, I answered my own "wearing boots?" question: a r̶o̶g̶u̶e̶ rouge outfit!

That would have have been my first guess too, considered one of the hardest RPGs of all time alongside Wizardry 4.
