I know this! I mean I don't immediately know what the title is but I have played it on my buddy's playstation. The graphics looks like PS2, so I'm gonna go from there in my investigation :D

Right off the bat it reminds of the very old The Hobbit cartoon movie. =)

I see what you mean. It does bare some resemblance to The hobbit and some other old school animations :)
