Dive in.

Time for adventure! But also tactical executions, claustrophobic horror, and cult experiences unlike any other. In short, time to (re)discover the gems hidden in Daedalic and Night Dive's numerous offerings found inside our Weekly Sale.

Even if you haven't yet played the System Shock series, it's nearly impossible to escape their huge impact on the RPG/FPS landscape and equally impossible to deny their timeless brilliance the moment you fire them up.

Or you can try other unsettling experiences like I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream, Dead Synchronicity, Noctropolis, D: The Game, or the darkly satirical Edna & Harvey and Bad Mojo Redux.

Looking for something more uplifting or something to tickle your urge for exploration? The Deponia series, Night of the Rabbit, Holy Potatoes!, Candle, The Long Journey Home should tide you over.

As always, there's much much more to love here so get exploring!

The Weekly Sale will last until October 2, 10 PM UTC.

The countdown clock now is 7 hours short.
That is, it will stopped 7 hours earlier.

kbnrylaec: And the countdown clock in homepage is even shorter.
Those two clocks are mismatch, and both numbers are wrong.

How could GOG staff always make so many mistakes?
Thanks for reporting these issues - we like to keep you guys on your toes!

Bad Mojo Redux has now been added to the sale AND the clocks have been adjusted. True end time is Monday 10 PM UTC, as mentioned in the newspost. It's 6 hours longer than what we used to have in previous Weekly Sales :)

ShadowRager: Any good adventures on the sale?
(I've already played the Deponia series)
I personally have a soft spot for Edna & Harvey: The Breakout. Apart from being a meaty (and challenging) adventure with oddball characters and dark humor, it also has one of the most wickedly clever endings I've seen. Two of them in fact, and they compliment each other perfectly.

I would also recommend Memoria: it's a really solid fantasy adventure in the Dark Eye setting with fascinating characters and a great story. Its visuals are pretty stunning too.

ShadowRager: Thanks, I think I'll take Memoria!

Leroux: Be aware that Memoria seems to be a sequel of sorts to Chains of Satinav. I don't know how much their stories are connected, I guess you can play one without the other, but it's worth noting. (I think one of the two main characters in Memoria is also the main character in Chains of Satinav?)
Indeed, Memoria is a sequel of sorts and one of its two playable characters (Geron) was the main character in Chains of Satinav. Playing the first game prior to Memoria will definitely enhance the experience, but from what I remember Memoria's story stands fine on its own.

Chains is a pretty good game too, just not as great as Memoria imo.
