We are sorry that it took us so long to look into this problem. There was indeed an old version of Riven being hooked up as an "offline" installer by a mistake. We've updated it today.

Thank you guys for bringing this into our attention and I apologize that sometimes solving those issues takes longer than you might expect. In this case we needed to revisit a very old project and make sure that it can be used to generate the "offline" build (without going too much into technical details). On top of that the person responsible for this game was out of the office for a few weeks because of o personal reasons.

Once again I apologize that it took so long and please enjoy the updated version of the game! ;)
