That certainly looks quite interesting!
But I've never really heard about this game before. Reviews suggest it may be a bit on the difficult side... So, any thoughts on this?
Also, how important is the unofficial patch/mod (it speaks of decensoring => good and simplification => not sure if good).
Very hard but fun games if you enjoy stealth and hitman,
I hope they will add Death to Spies 2 Moment of Truth.

I also recommend checking the free Demo of Death to Spies 3 Ghost of Moscow, it looked and played really well but their kickstarter failed and now the project is in limbo.

...Which is BRILLIANT. Criminally short, mind you - but the level design and atmosphere are absolutely top-notch. A must have for every Hitman fan, as far as I'm concerned.
It looks interesting. Is it similar to the Hitman games?

It's much more complex as not only do you have to wear disguises BUT you have to act like the person you are disguised as :) For example, if you disguise yourself as an infantryman then you have to act like one (you'll see how to do so in the game) and stay away from higher ranked officers as it's not as simple as Hitman's disguise system :)

You can also peek through keyholes, knock people out and hide their bodies in various containers and more :)
Alright, you sold me on this :)
I was anyway thinking about playing something stealthy or shootery next, after dwelling in adventure land for a while...
So, would still like some thoughts on the mod. I'm not an experienced modder, really, would just like to make sure it's worth the effort.

Is shooting your way through everything an option ?

The mod is not really worth it, i never managed to get it running with the steam version and from what i read in the comments there aren't any big changes that i know of.

Maybe someone else has better experience with that mod, can help you out

What i do recommend is, when Dts 2 comes to GOG download the MOTmod which allows you to add the levels from DTS1 to DTS2 where the gameplay, visuals, engine is much better.
You need to own both games however

I highly recommend doing the tutorial a couple of times as the interface can be a bit different than what you may be used to :) I am referring to some of the more specific commands such as sneaking and knocking someone out :)
