Sailing the Uncharted Seas

Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas, a delightfully colorful action RPG, is available now for Windows - DRM-free on GOG.com with a 20% launch discount.

Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas started out as a mobile game, but don't quit reading here. It was one of those titles that somehow made it to mobile devices first, despite the fact that its scope and graphics seemed to be more fitting for a bigger, more standard gaming device. Oceanhorn quickly became one of the highest rated, and most critically acclaimed mobile games recently released - the biggest criticisms seemed to lie somewhere along the lines of "It would be better on PC" and "It's a bit too similar to The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and A Link to the Past". How's that for a humblebrag?

Sail off on a charming, beautiful action adventure in Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas - available now, DRM-free on GOG.com. The 20% launch discount will last for one week, until Tuesday, March 24, at 12:59 PM GMT.
Excellent, I'm glad this made it to GOG as well. I hope it controls well enough, given its mobile roots.
looks like an old Sega Dreamcast RPG... might add this to my wishlist for now
Don't know what this is but it looks pretty damn good, may just pick this up.

I wanted to play this on my android device, not on PC.

Go complain to the developer then. GOG didn't port the game, and have no control over which platforms it is available for.
I guess I refuse to grow up because this is a MUST HAVE. :D

I try not to go on screen shots alone but it just looks so cool and endearing.

Maybe I should wait a few hours so for some initial impressions before I buy though.
Oh right the iOS port that's on sale at Nuuvem, looks interesting.
Cool release GOG, I just watched the trailer and the game looks really nice. A lot of reviews also mention that the story is quite good which I appreciate the most in games so wishlisted. :)
This game looks so similar to Zelda: Wind Waker that I'm surpised that Nintendo hasn't started a lawsuit yet.

Anyway, looks interesting, however - that cutscene with the girl talking looks very awkward. Also, the best thing about Zelda is the level design, it's difficult to determine whether or not this game lives up to that element. Gotta checkout a let's play on this one.
I like the style. I really do hope we could get Dreamcast stuff here.

Seems like another android port. Pass.
Am I the only one trying toi figure out all the differences with Wind Waker (not that it is a bad thing) ?

The $64K question is: the iOS controls were supposedly pretty good, how have they translated to PC?

If they're decent this will be a buy.
