Titan Souls, an unforgiving series of precise boss-fights, is available to pre-order now for Windows and Mac OS X, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 10% launch discounts.

One shot, one kill. Both ways. In Titan Souls, everyone is always on the brink of death. You have one arrow, and you'll have to get it back if you miss your shot. One is all you need, because that's all it takes to take down the towering bosses that stand in your way - assuming you can find their weak point first. Titan Souls is about control, trial-and-error, observation, and learning fiendishly difficult attack patterns. The name is no coincidence, you will die a lot - but each time will be an amazing learning experience.

Titan Souls: Digital Special Edition includes a digital artbook, a world map, the full original soundtrack, and pretty desktop backgrounds.

Set for release on April 14, 2015, you can pre-order Titan Souls right now with a 10% launch discount - DRM-free on GOG.com.
This sounds like a modernized "Hunt the Wumpus". :)
It looks awesome and I'd honestly love to play it. I just won't give Devolver Digital any money until Shadow Warrior actually gets patched. One year without patches found on Steam is ridiculous.

Not sure which ones you're referring to but sending them an email reminding them we exist sometimes works. It sucks since it should be their responsibility to send patches to all distributors involved, sometimes they need a wake up call.
Very interesting concept, I only hope there is like 100+ bosses... if there is only a dozen or so, it won't have much replay.

Also a demo is out, perhaps I'll try that, I'm not sure.
just try out the demo, its nothing like shadow of the colossus but there is a difficulty due to poor combat, died couple of times then deleted it, didnt feel like running all the way to the bosses to find its weakness

JLH: i5 and a 1gb video ram as minimum req for a pixel game...wow. i mean it looks like it might be fun but why the high requirements? I'm not a computer whiz so I'm curious.
I'm guessing that it's partly because (a) they haven't tested it on anything older than a system with those specs, and (b) it's using Unity, which is infamous for poor optimization and excessive system requirements (for most cases at least).

1 year no patches? thats awfull long
looks like they want to release loads of games and patch them later

i saw the game and searched it on youtube, my first impression was: tiny , the hero is a pixel hero
the bossess look good.... i watched the video showing some of the bossess, unfortunately some of them flash too much (photosensitivity overhere) and although i like gaming i dont want to be put out of commision for a few days by too many flashes in a game (thats why i asked xulima developers for a lightning fix which should work in version 1.7 , and should come to GOG aswell)

If it wasnt for the photosensitivity i would own hundreds of games more then i do now.

I wondering about that too... I didn't finish the third boss, but I got the two first bosses down in the demo within about 10 minutes. While I am somewhat sympathetic with the game and love Shadow of the Colossus, my first impression of this game is that I would spend most of the game time running from the spawn point to the boss.
I played the demo last night and ended up enjoying it once I got the hang of it. Beat it after 14 deaths. I'm wondering how that experience is going to feel stretched over a full game, though. Wishlisted it for now.

that demo requires steam client i assume?
if so then i have to startup my old windows xp again, (installed client on it cause i rather not mess up my win7)
and i am trying to stop using XP.

i guess i wishlist it and wait for a good sale to come along, its new so that might take a while but i have lots of time to wait while playing 30 or 40 games i bought that i still need to play :D
at the moment i am mainly buying games :D

i started playing dark mirror part1 , still need to finish xulima deluxe version(waiting for patch 1.7 (lightning effects disable option )
Started playing Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders , Monkey Island™ 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge™
and 2 dozen more I bought during the fall/winter promos last year and games from this year's promos)

Looks very interesting!
A retro-style Dark Souls? I watched gameplay trailer. It looks like a good, hard, and challenging game. :)
Looks awesome !

Will buy it and Hyper Light Drifter.
nevermind...

I played the demo. The second and the third boss fights were really good. Day 1 for me.
