[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

I did not get offworld. The game that was free was Dead Man's Draw, and yes i got it.

It took me about 3-4 hours to get the email with the validation link.

Heads up to all, unfortunately the DLCs aren't free for either free games but they are somewhat cheap for $4.

Try to think if you are born a Chinese before you post something like that, OK?

And I’m only around 30. There are a lot of people who experienced that time live until today. Time to wake up, friend, Chinese knows much more than what your media make you believe they know.

As a Chinese, I’ve grown tired of what people from other countries think about China in the internet (seriously, you guys really don’t find this idea stupid? That we who LIVE here knows less than you who just HEAR about it?), and I won’t explain this time either. All I wanna say is just that, put yourself into others’ shoes before you post.

EDIT: what I wanna express by “There ARE Chinese people using GOG.com.” is that, people from Montenegro, from the US, from Europe or from China, can be similar people sharing similar interests just like you and me who both use GOG. Politics and governments may use tricks to make people contempt and hate other people, but at least as gamers who share love in games, we don’t have to fall for that.

PS. As for the giveaway of that particular game, I’m quite neutral about it. It doesn’t hurt me at all if they are given away.
