Hi, folks! I hope you're all doing well! From the looks of things, I'm certainly not the only one around here dealing with a cold. I just cancelled my appointment for I.V. iron infusion at the hospital tomorrow, as I don't want to go spreading this nastiness around.
Been toying around a bit with Fallout New Vegas, napping off and on, being lazy with the pup.
I'm relieved to not have to go do the infusion tomorrow, as I'm exhausted. Of course, some of that exhaustion is likely due to my low iron, but it still seems like a nice break to not have to go. :)

I hope all are well, or getting by as best as you can! Coffee and/or soup, anyone?

Soon I think I will be the only one without a cold. And who are you, stranger? We have not seen you round these parts. :-)

Sorry to hear you are getting a cold, hopefully it will not be too serious. Are you doing as well as can be expected apart from that?

No. At least I don't recall suffering any failure during hotter seasons.

I have my Windows 95 3.5" disks. I don't know if they are in working condition.

That is something at least, so hopefully you won't have to suffer the connection problems for much longer.

Have you called them? You have a connection that isn't waterproofed well enough somewhere.
I used to have that until I gave up and wrapped all of my outdoor connections in silicone tape.
You'd have thought they would have been smart enough to figure that out. :-)

I can't even figure where my wife and I would have picked one up. We're not exactly the most social of folks. ;) I guess either she got something from someone at work, or I got something from someone at the clinic. I almost never get colds, so it's just weird. :)
I saw so many folks changing their avatars, and realized mine was of a pair of headphones that, while I still love, aren't even my primary headphones anymore, so I figured, "what the hell." Immediately, I was flooded with a feeling of exposure and regret, haha. But I really only hang around this thread, anyway.
Other than the annoying cold, I'm doing surprisingly well. My health has indeed improved since the injections in the stomach once again, and I've been able to eat solid food with some regularity of late. It's been a nice little break.

How about yourself, any improvements to your health? Getting some good rest, at least?

I regretted changing my avatar almost immediately, especially considering I was *comfortable* with the old one, and am not a fan of pictures of myself even existing. But all these avatar changes, and this eight-year-old need I've recently found to run around show-and-telling this little pup... ;)

When these hiccups are more strong I call them and they fix it or the problem solves itself (I never really know). To be honest they are quite rare.
