cecil: This is going to date me as old but I was just cleaning and ran across two demo discs from pc gamer one from 09 the other from 99 both "cover games" are available on GOG any guesses? (No prizes just so random I had to share)
Hmm.....Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena and Freespace 2?

Magog actually gives quite the number of games for those respective years - so these are both shots in the dark :)

ElTerprise: Good to hear - that reminds me to replay some Race the Sun - although i'm not very good at it :)

That's good. That you beat it - not that rap song of course :)
But chapeau - i'll raise my hat to you that you actually finish even those bad games. I don't know many people who'd do that.
Just glad it's over and dead. Not sure what to play next, but there are plenty of options.
Also getting the feeling that a sale is coming, which is conflicting with the urge to just skip waiting for sales all the time and grab some stuff instead.

Did you see the 'Sunrise' expansion for Race the Sun?
It's made for old guys with no reflexes.
I bought it.

Understandable - maybe something completely different next?

Something like a Fall Insomnia sale? Don't know if i'd like that right now - but sales are always fun - except for the wallet of course :)

LaPtiteBete: Cool :D any nice evenight plans before you collapse on your bed ?

ElTerprise: Don't know...the football match i watched just ended....maybe i'll lsiten to some jazz while drinking beer or i'll die some more in Hotline Miami :P

Definitely. No more reflex tester games for a while.

Not sure, it's just a feeling. Could be totally wrong. Wouldn't mind Insomnia right about now, since it'd stretch my money much further (assuming they have items for sale I don't already have).

How are you?
Still tired and grouchy, pretty much normal. Think it's just a bit of flu or something, I'll live.
Trying to get a 'want list' of 12 or so games down to 2 or 3 I can buy. Surprisingly tough decision, there are a LOT of good things out there right now.

G'night fellow shoggoths and other things that look as if they came out of the mind of a chinese goldfarmer after one snakeskin redbull too many.

I was looking around the rental place for penny arcades when I found THIS.

GOTY 2015!
------
I was thinking about getting Sacred 2, just for the Blind Guardian concert... then I remembered that's what youtube is for.

And the legendary endings. Seriously, who even attempts 100% completion anymore?

Yes Jazz is great - listening to some Django Reinhardt music - fantastic :D

Hotline Miami is a great - actually replaying it in preparation for the second game. It's really hard and pretty violent though. Something like a top-down-shooter-puzzle whatever game with an awesome 80s Soundtrack :)

FearfulSymmetry: Luckily it wasn't that bad! Still, those things are never fun, and they always cause a lot of worry.
It sounds pretty awesome! I haven't been to many factories myself so I don't have much experience.
I don't have a blog or anything like that but I can attach some pictures! Unfortunately the pattern on the scarf isn't very visible because it's dark and the lighting is bad, but no matter. :P I've also attached a picture of some embroidery - I used that as the front of a pillow.

EDIT: Oh, a doll is awesome! I'm trying to crochet animals right now but it's still a bit hard for me. I'm a visual learner when it comes to crocheting and reading patterns is difficult. :P
Awesome !!! thanks for sharing your pics :D
your scarf looks great ! I'm knitting one for me at the moment (along with my owlet's hat) :)
Here is a pic of my doll :)
I'm sure you showed me your awesome embroidery earlier... how many years ago was it, again... :) ... I didn't do much things with crochet, i found it difficult... but in fact it's quite easy... the tutorials on youtube helped a lot ! :)
Yarr, shiver me timbers!

Tis yet be more n' a week afore Talk lik' a Pirate day arrives ye scurvy dogs.

But me thought, Why wait? And to Davy Jones' barnacle encrusted locker wit' anyone who says otherwise! An' I gets to practise proper pirate cussin'!

Yo-ho-ho and a bottle of rum!

Atleast you're not doing worse than normal :)
That sounds familiar - it's the same for me when i try to rework my wishlist :)
