I grew up driving big American cars around a farm and Flatout does a great job of bringing those memories back. Flatout is a fun, crashing ride around dirt roads where you get to do a lot of damage to your car and others.... full review

This game is just plain fun. No need to worry about car mechanics or over the top customizations, just select a race and play!

I was surprised on the graphic scalability with Antialiasing samles, direct 3D hardware, resolutions, refresh rate and anisotropy filtering. Sound setting too for 5.1 surround, and so on.

All in all an impressive game for 2004.

A lot of fun. The graphics still look quite good for a 5 year old game and the physics are still impressive. A very addictive arcade racer and the bonus stunts (throwing your driver through the windscreen to do a high jump or longjump) still makes me laugh.
