This is a special world, inhabited by the amazing virtual life forms known as Norns. These cuddly little creatures have their own Digital DNA, brains and biochemistry. They learn and think for themselves but they need you to love them, care for them and play with them.
The adventure starts the moment you hatch your first baby Norn in the Nestery and begin to explore the giant Creatures Village world with them.
Do you dare walk through the spooky forest? Or would you like to fly through Cloud Land in a magical sky boat?
Perhaps your Norns fancy a day out at the fair where they can ride the big wheel and eat hot dogs and candy floss until they burst!
Norns live in your computer and need to sleep, eat and play. Care for them, explore with them, but most of all, love them!

Creatures Village is a compilation of Creatures Adventures and Creatures Playground.

The AI is quite impressive. You have to take care of little creatures called Norns. You have to teach them how to respond to their needs, though they can learn this by themselves and even each other(it's quite fascinating to see one little Norn say that it's hungry and an adult Norn telling it to eat some fruit!).... full review

Simply not good. (by aloishammer aloishammer)
Poor and jarring graphics, bizarre interface, total lack of intuition, no tutorial to sub for intuition, unrewarding, boring, and apparently pointless. My first GOG purchase I've sincerely regretted.

great ~simple~ version of Creatures (by sammyf70 sammyf70)
I played the original Creatures (also available through GOG) when it first came out. It was fun but very complex. When I saw that GOG had the complete Creatures collection I grabbed them on impulse, but somehow avoided trying Creatures VIllage at first, as it appeared too ~kidlike~ and simplistic. ... full review
