Constructor takes the empire building and resource management of the best simulations and adds to it a strong dose of character interaction, humour, and strategic competition.

Take the role of a real estate developer in a race to build up and manage resources, properties, environments, and human interaction, while trying to outperform and destroy rival development companies.

Start with a few workers, foremen, repairmen, and a small sum of money. Through precise resource management you'll have to take care or your tenants' happiness and compete against your opponents.

Would you like to be rich and ruthless or maybe you prefer to create your own Utopia?

Constructor (by Ovatius Ovatius)
Probably the game I've been most looking forward to seeing on gog.com - it's simply the most entertaining building game ever.

Prepare for tenants complaining though - they happen to do that every now and then. ;-)

Finally here! (by andrejevic andrejevic)
This is one REALLY frustrating game, because trying to handle at once the tenants, competition and hippies is like a road through hell... However, it is probably the funniest road to hell ever :) I've been trying to find this game for years and now finally here it is, little Christmas for me :) I really recommend this one, you can easily find yourself to become addicted to this title!
