There is an Italian text version available. It is available at http://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn2/
Install the English version, and then install the Italian updates for version 231763 to 1231765.
Or you can replace the dialog.tlk and dialogf.tlk files with the Italian ones.

Selecting "ignore missing files" seems to work.

Many of the mods are in Italian.
The "Baldur's Gate: Reloaded" mod uses the dialog from the original one, so the text should be able to be patched from the original game text file.

Hi, i'm trying to apply the patch but before it ends windows encounter an error and stops working..i've used the pcx2 one and my nwn2 version is 1231765, any suggestions?

EDIT: i ran win 10 in safe mode and applied the patch, now it works.

Maybe audio too, I have a physical version of the game, very old without DLC or patches which today would not work because it cannot be updated from the game launcher and the patches in Italian for the latest versions cannot be found, with texts and audio entirely in Italian. I know that the Italian audio version of the SoZ dlc also exists, found online years ago, it can no longer be found, but it exists.

I don't know why they don't include the ita conversion, but it's certainly not because it doesn't exist since it is present in the original 2006 version
