The Rabbit & Pork DLC Update is here! Read the full changelog HERE.
Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

I'm actually not a huge fan of Fallout 4 - the game's story and setting didn't do it for me quite the same way as the earlier entries - and I wrote it off as a game I didn't really need to play again. But this mod had me purchase a GOG build of Fallout 4 GOTY and give it another go, because I was eager to see what a team of modders like FOLON Team could do by taking the game overseas and infusing a bunch of new ideas into the Fallout universe.
And wow - they really went all out! This is the freshest take on Fallout I've experienced since New Vegas, and I can forgive the bugs and the loading times (which are typical of any Bethesda Fallout game when it launches on the PC) if it means getting to walk around a post-apocalyptic rendering of London for dozens of hours and enjoy all the amenities of what feels like a paid DLC or standalone release. Those who feel the need to knock this game for performance issues really ought to be knocking the core game - this mod is well worth the time and relatively minor amount of trouble required to set it up, and it breathes fresh life into an IP that's showing signs of peaking.
I already owned Fallout 4 GOTY on Steam, but my advice is to pick up the GOG build (currently on sale) and install it as a separate game and use the way-too-easy installer to apply the mod. You can't use other mods with Fallout: London, and so if you want to play Fallout 4 with other mods, you'll need two different installs. I would also add that this is the easiest Fallout modding experience you'll ever have; the installer does everything! Thanks, GOG, for making this so easy and fun!
Mega Mod: Free to play for everybody
People: Complain about a huge mod which they don't have to pay for, developed by a small team in their free time, because it got bugs.
Remember guys, it's not some AAA title with 10 million dollar budget, it's a mod for some 9 year old game. Instead of sitting on your fat a** and complaining, help them resolve these bugs or just shut up.
Like many already point out, after the train station, it is almost unplayable, poor mission guiding, constantly crash, almost ever enemy one shot kill you on normal difficult, can't find any useful resources, ammo, health pack, just what the hell wrong with it?
you have to jump through way too many hoops to install this on steam in my opinion, main issue i have is you have to give your steam login info to their "downgrader" tool to make your steam copy compatible, and you can only download that tool if you have a Nexus account, not a big deal for most who own FO4 on steam as it's where most mods are.
I will update my review if they ever release a version that work with steam without having to un-update your install.
