The Rabbit & Pork DLC Update is here! Read the full changelog HERE.
Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

It takes some effort to get working, and there are some bugs, but that barely detracts. Let grandpa speak; back in the day we used to have to spend way more effort installing and deal with ingame setbacks from bugs all the time.
What you get for that is one of the best interpretations of this format of shooter/rpg in a long long time. Takes all the best from fallout new vegas, a cool new twist on the setting, and is really really big. Mechanically unafraid to lock you out of things your character isn't built for. I.e. you'll fail checks, doors wont be forced open etc, keys to some bonus stuff might be hard to find, hidden doors are actually -gasp- hidden. And so on.
Given that strictness a few things might have been explained a little better. And the use of light and bright colors to help the player navigate is sometimes ignored in favor of realism. I dont mind the break from newly established convention in favor of some more oldskool reliance on player wit at all.
I think a lot of people forget that this was made by fans and not a professional studio. Not going to lie. Had a bit of a rough start setting up to play but I've nothing but good to say about this mod. It's actually DLC sized and I'm having fun playing it.
I have F4 through Steam and used the downgrader on Nexxus. To me this is what Fallout 4 should have been and I have over 5000 hours on F4.
I do wish that it was set up to travel back and forth to the commonwealth like Far Harbor or Nuka World. Buffout 4 and Long Loading Times fix are two definitely needed mods that made a world of difference for me. To be honest, I crash with this mod less than I do with Fallout 4.
Adding my 2 bits here because I'm shocked this FREE project has only a 3.3/5. If you liked older Fallouts/New Vegas this game has the same spirit.
It's Creation Engine, so yeah, it's buggy. With Buffout 4 and High FPS & physics fix manually installed after installing using GOG and their downgrader, I very rarely have crashes and have lowered my load times significantly.
The writing is funny, the voice acting is probably the best I've heard in a total conversion mod, the gameplay is interesting and much more challenging than FO4.
Bugs that exist can be fixed with a bit of console commands or mods manually installed. If that's too much for you, which is fair, then wait for some more updates. If you can handle that you'll get an experience that isn't much buggier than an unmodded Bethesda experience, which is honestly jaw-dropping incredible.
Congratulations and thank you to everybody who worked on this mod.
constantly crashes for no reason. easy to soft lock the game by leaving certain areas without finishing them, on returning they are unfinishable and it's impossible to continue the plot
also the devs seem to want to force players into a certain style of gameplay, which is fine for those who enjoy playing in the preferred way but ruins the game for anyone who prefers playing differently
