Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
There has never been a better time to sample the capital’s delights! Fallout: London lets you explore the wonders of the city 160 years after the bombs have dropped, and 40 years before the events of Fallout 3. You can now reimagine Fallout in a London-centric universe, interacting with a brave new world of London-based locations, stories, factions, creatures, weapons, and gameplay mechanics.
The Gentry-dominated London stands on a knife-edge, and you may be the key to which way the guillotine falls. Play a new story set in London with a fresh character beginning, numerous conflicting factions to engage with and multiple story paths and endings with up to 90 hours of gameplay. Just be aware of what terrible secrets you may uncover in the shadowy gaps amidst the halls of power.
Discover new weapons, creatures, clothing, items, collectables, architecture, foliage and NPCs to complete the London setting. Interact through the world with your custom Atta-boy, with a fresh interface based on the UK’s life-saving Protect and Survive nuclear information campaign.

There are crashes BUT OMG this hits me with sentiment from fallout 2, great music, great dialogs, great world, great weapon models, tons of stuff . Guys understand climate of original fallout 2 in opposition to bugthesda which don't understand anything apperently, great job!

An Incredible Mod
I've played a few hours of the mod and it's incredible the work that has gone into this. The only issue I had getting it to run because I did not start with a fresh Fallout 4 folder in Documents\My Games. I still have an issue where some textures for items are still the originals but this isn't immersion breaking. (I think it's a load order issue.) Either way, highly recommend checking this mod out!

True Fallout feeling
i really love this Mod. it brings back the "fallout feeling" which i missed so much. the exploration is fantastic and the level design is spot on (although i got quite confused in Thameshaven :D). It seems quite a bit more challanging as fallout 4 and i only play on normal. finding ammo is kind of hard and you really have to use any weapon which you have ammo left, but until now i always had a couple shots in the magazines. i already played 7h of it and had like 5 crashes to desktop. At the beginning i couldnt leave the train station but after installing Buffout 4 the crashes are really rare. what annys me the most are the loooooooong loading times. But i am so so happy that the developers of the mod brought back the fallout feeling for me and that even FOR FREE! Keep up the good work and dont let all the negative reviews bother you. The internet is a rough place.

im on a 1060 3gb intel i5 4570 16gb of ram and i average 20 to 40 fps medium shadow distance low godrays high textures. it feels like cyberpunk early release but from what i stomached perks fallout nv style an interesting start but i could not keep playing

this shit is absolutely brilliant
Running it through steam working very well with the occasional crash here and there so I make sure to quicksave often but everything else is fantastic. Seriously great job to the whole team and anyone who contributed to this project as this as many more hours to fallout 4 for me. The voice acting is also very consistent as I never sat there and question why they chose a person to voice act a character as they all sound very professional, hell even better than most base fallout 4 npcs. Quests are pretty interesting definitely better than most base fallout 4 ones although they're fairly linear but I wasn't expecting fallout new Vegas type of quests. Exploration is also pretty interesting but I haven't done too much as I get to my only real complaint being the game is significantly more difficult than base fallout 4 which for the most part was a walk in the park but in Fallout London I seem to struggle with maintaining my rads and tickets(caps) Overall this is Genuinely another technical marvel and just overall great mod added to the books of fallout mods ever.
