Working in an international team of over 200 passionate games industry professionals, you will not only have the opportunity to expand your skills to their limits but also have fun while doing so. With this love of what we do, also comes a hunger for constant development, this is why we’re expanding our HR team and looking for a dedicated Training & Development Coordinator to sate this hunger.


  • Identifying & planning’s training & development strategy.
  • Translating this strategy into actions (trainings / training materials / tools etc.) that will support the further development of our employees.
  • Cooperating with external providers in order to implement various training & development initiatives.
  • Proposing tools, systems and solutions that will help automate the management of our training and development initiatives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating our training initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and satisfaction of employees.
  • Handling the administrative aspects of our training & development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • English and Polish (both written and spoken) at a level allowing to easily communicate with foreigners on a daily basis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to handle work with minimum supervision - we count on you to bring the ideas and tell us what’s best in terms of training & development.
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills - remember, speaking is silver, but listening is gold.
  • Obviously, a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Enthusiasm and the willingness to constantly grow as a person.
  • Our work environment is dynamic, so flexibility is key.


  • Experience as an in-house or external trainer.
  • Ability to design and execute trainings dedicated to employees.
