GOG.com is growing and we need you, a passionate, honest and creative person to join our Finance team as a Finance Specialist and help it run as smoothly and clearly as the GOG.com website does!

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly sales reconciliation and providing the financial data for month-end closing. along with ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bookings prepared by the accountancy.
  • Analysing and performing currency exchange transactions, including currency derivatives
  • Preparing and ensuring on-time payments to vendors.
  • Preparing periodical cash reports for internal purposes.
  • Performing day-to-day cash management activities such as effective allocation of financial surpluses and working capital analysis.
  • Taking part in the modification and creation of automated processes and procedures.
  • Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in in-house Finance department, preferably in FMCG / e-commerce environment.
  • Solid self-organization and ability to set priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills: taking initiatives and bringing solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills contributing to your efficiency.
  • Accuracy and paying attention to details.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • A good command of written and spoken English.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel).

Pluses:

  • Experience gained in a company doing business on a global scale.
  • Practical accounting knowledge.
