MaximeMartyr I don't understand why GOG implemented a system which makes people to judge and discriminate each other.
Why do we have to know what and who others like and dislike?
I feel as if I was on Facebook where people are narcissistic and think that their appreciation is so important that they have to make everyone know it.
Is a community a place where we judge each other?
This post rating and reputation features are really wrong to me.
They prejudice people and posts because they put a label "loved person/hated person/loved post/hated post" on persons and posts and influence our reception before we even get to read the post or learn to know the person.
Why wouldn't we have freedom to make our opinion on our own without being influenced by others' opinion?
Seriously, what is the point?
To learn who deserve to be listened and who is not worth it?
Like: "Pay attention to what he/she says! Because you know, what he/she says is so more important than what others say!/Just ignore him/her, he/she is not worth your consideration."?
Then we might as well ban the person if we put a label "To be ignored." on him/her!
What are these "high rated/low rated" things?
"Read this, it is worth it!/Don't bother reading this, it doesn't deserve it."?
Seriously what are GOG thinking?!?
GOG stand for beautiful ideals so why the heck did they even implement such a mean system?!?
Let's remove this judgement feature and let each person to build his/her own opinion about each other and about what each other says on their own.
I wish no more judging, no more prejudice, no more discrimination, no more reputation and no more rating.

I never cared about rep anyway, but i always cared about stooges who can exploit the, or any, system; while actually crying like sissies that they are fighting against it... The irony
Vainamoinen @bigblueogre No one wants your "good rep". It's the rep that alt-right propagandists, nazis, xenophobes, agitators, and shit-stirrers get these days. There's nothing good about it.

ng Reputation is IMO not useful and a subject to abuse but post ratings are pretty valid. Without post ratings we'll have spam and flame wars galore. It will be great if a post may be downvoted but not a poster.
