Add a "Recently Updated!" section to the store's front page and/or GOG Galaxy to encourage developers and publishers to provide parity updates

Since there's some developers and publishers who simply won't support their customers without some additional incentive, I'd like to propose a "Recently Updated!" section on the main store page and/or GOG Galaxy client. Developers who deliver an update that has been distributed on another platform within a certain window, (say, 72 hours) would be eligible to be displayed in this section.

The panel would display a number of recently updated game's thumbnails, brief description of the update's contents and link to the product's store page.

This would serve a dual role of informing frequent visitors of new developments in the existing catalogue while providing the much desired additional visibility and advertising for the dev's products for a period of time (possibly the "Recently Updated!" queue remains visible for two weeks.).

@octalot, good point. Any time limit is friction, so I suppose we remove that as well.

Sounds good, but making the Gog staff check the release time against other stores seems overly complex. What would be lost by simply showing everything that had been recently updated?
