Witcher 3 Linux Version
I have this game on Playstation. I would buy it again if it there were for GNU/Linux.

Witcher 2 has a Linux Version. Why not Witcher 3? And well, Witcher 1 would need a an overhaul anyway. It is so janky.
The Witcher 3: Wild Tux
I am among those who are more then happy to pay for a game twice.

I am desperate for more Linux support. I am wanting to purchase using the more liberated sales platform. You would think that such an open computing platform and honest(?) sales platform would have high synergy. But no...

It comes to be that my steam account is now flooded with games that I distinctly chose to purchase on steam rather then GOG. Not just when the game was Linux native on steam(Saints Row 4) - but also when ProtonDB indicated a playable status & Lutris had no community GOG installer available.

As wonderful as GOG is, as honourable as their mission is, I might have to accept that GOG/CDPRed are not a Linux friendly organisation. Witcher-3 and Cyberpunk-2077 go native or they just become another steam purchase.
+1 Yes, this needs to be available native on Linux.
would rly appreciate a LINUX port for the witcher 3!!!!

Please make a macOS port
The only reason i have this game on steam is that i can play it on linux. Give it a port and i'm buying it again.
FOR THE LOVE OF ALL, CAN'T YOU SEE OUR DESPERATION?!? (Please and thanks...)
Would literally be happy to pay double the price if it was on Linux
shut up and take my money :)
Does anyone have any idea what Veez550 is talking about regarding the supposed easter egg ssh server in Cyberpunk 2077? His link seems dead.
If they will do, then I must say "bye" to all my free time :)
LINUX port pls!
Been waiting years to buy....please port.
There should be more games for GNU Linux.
I want both witcher 3 and cyberpunk 2077 on linux, I already have witcher 3 but I can't get it to run off of gog. If I have to Ill buy it on steam since I know proton will support it.
Best game of the past decade cannot miss THE platform of next decade.
After watching the show, back to playing Witcher 2. Would love to see Witcher 3 when I finish Witcher 2.
Would love Witcher 3 on Linux and definitely buy Cyberpunk 2077 on Linux!
There is desperate hope!
I will buy it only if it will be support Linux!
I would definitely purchase the Linux version.
That would be nice.
More Linux is better. There is no Game I dont want to play under Linux. But there are a lot of games I want, like The Witcher 3.
Even though W3 does run exceptionally well on WINE 4.18-1 turbocharged by DXVK 1.4.4-1, having a native Linux version would be simply awesome.
We desperately need this!
Yes, please!
The Witcher 3 on Linux would really be great :)

the witcher 3 on linux :3
Nintendo Switch - sure. Linux - please wait...
please do!
We still believe!
Lol, is it really going to happen?
It's the photo from CDPR "easter egg" ssh server shown in cyberpunk Collectors Edition
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vIh6ZMfQEXbQ6l2zaH3U5o1wDTRWeYA_/view
The day will come ! +12238 Witcher 4 will be Linux !
I want to buy this game, but I don't like spending money on games that have no Linux client on principle. I've been holding out assuming the day will come, but at this point I am starting to wonder.
The game runs very decently in Wine and doesn't crash / corrupt save games and etc. So whether to use Wine or not is moot. However lack of support from CDPR is a bad thing, Wine or not.
@LinuxFire , I don't think so. I will not buy the game even if I can play it using wine/proton. Not at least until it has a price that can be apropiate for playing with those tools knowing that the game can crash/freeze/corrupt savegames... Lets say that this price could be of 1 or 2 euro. I would not pay more than 2€ for a game that must be played using wine/proton.
I've already bought The Witcher 3 and DLCs twice, please bring it to Linux :-)
It is possible that GOG estimates the winds of Witcher 3 Linux native too low, how many have already bought it to turn it on wine! + 12172 votes but how many already own it? Thank you Wine... thank you ... have is polished with wine and proton... which deprives us of native games :-'
Still not out, eh? Get it done :)
Hi: _einherjar...
Everyone’s opinion, personally I don’t want a Windows game emulated by Win, Proton, or any other... And I don’t like the principle of Steem being forgotten about this connection to their sit so I can play a game! And choice is freedom, with Witcher I don’t have that choice! And GOG will pay nothing if the Kickstarter works. Thank you for understanding this in solidarity between players:)
It is playable via Steamplay/Proton on Linux. Why the hell should CDPR invest money to bring it to Linux?
