While 1 and 3 cutscenes work natively with new hardware, 2 requires legacy video codecs to play the cutscenes and FMV's. Small fix but can be annoying for those just looking to run flawlessly on start.
It runs like a dream on Windows 11, has a frame limiter so you don't rocket across the screen like you would in the original PC port. No extra tools needed just install and go. As a bonus it is the uncensored Japan version, not the censored US version of the game that most people in North America got. Full English dub on subtitles and such of course but you get all the gory goodness that was originally denied to us.
