No Man's Sky

Great Game Concept. I love it, but buggy

I wish i could give this game 5 stars because it checks all the boxes for me. it has space dog fights, the ability to build bases, explore unique worlds with sometimes very hostile environments and build customizable corvett class ships, and the 3 of the 4X experience (eXplore, eXpand, and eXploit) it falls short in the eXterminate part of the 4X's, but thats part of the charm of this game, i think. No Man's Sky also has an incredible open universe to explore. it does not try to push you into a linear storyline. This game has infinite replayability---the best part of this game in my opinion. Now the problem lies with the bugs. if I try to dig extensive tunnels with my terrian manipulator, I will sometimes find that they will cover themselves back over---completely undoing hours of work. on really hot planets, fire storms will sometimes break out, however my base is not protected from the fire as often times the fire is inside my base, which is quite annoying as i have died ore than once because of it. there are more issues, but none i have encountered are as severe. Thank you for creating No Man's Sky. It is a game that really covers every genre that i love and does it fairly well, but with caveats. if you could please fix the above mentioned issuses, this would be the perfect game for me.

Totally awesome!

Reminds me a lot of Freelancer. that is a game i wish they would do a sequel of. its not too power hungry and the visuals and game dynamics are stunning and fluid. easy to maintain 60fps with my Lenovo Thinkpad P15 Gen1
