Very similar to Doom 2016 gameplay wise, but three years earlier. Great reboot!
I'd say this is really for fans of the original. Unfamiliar players may not be as tolerant of this remake's shortcomings and some of the old-school mechanics it offers. I genuinely enjoy my time playing this, and maybe more so than the original. Give it a shot on sale.

One of the coolest little games I've ever played. Would love to see a sequel to it someday.
Surprised me. Better than expected. A solid return to Wolfenstein. ID Tech 5 looks great here. Excellent gunplay, story, mechanics, characters, and enemies.
