Wishing for a PC release with all the Director's Cut bell's and whistles, but what's here is a faithful and multi-region release of the original Windows version. Happy to have it preserved, and it's still a solid option for just playing Biohazard/RE1 on modern PCs. Quirks of the original Windows port include Jill getting to save without Ink Ribbons on the first playthrough only. Game content is faithful to the original PS1 release, minus some of the extra content/moments present in the Director's cut. Includes extra Windows-specific unlockable guns and costumes.
Great to be able to play this game on PC, especially with as easy-to-use a package as this is. As a bilingual Japanese and English speaker, it's also fantastic to have a multi-region package of the game. Hats off!
