With a stylized art style that makes it have an immortal look that will never truly age, to the basic, yet incredibly refined gameplay of battle, city management and RPG elements such as levelling, equipping your heroes with the most powerful tools, and unlocking truly game changing spells, from teleportation to Fireball and even something as simple as a pool of mud, can truly change the battlefield. This game has been with me since I was a kid, it was one of the first strategy games I ever played, and while many of the other contemporaries have fallen by the wayside, Heroes of Might and Magic 3 has never ran on nostalgia alone, this game is a DAMN fine game. In fact, it's so good that it always ends up in my contention for one of the best games of all time whenever I discuss such topics. It's always in there, perhaps not top 5, but top 10 for sure. If you are into turn based strategy games, then this is a must have for your collection, with the low price of this ancient piece of art, I highly recommend it to any gamer that is even remotely curious.
