This is the perfect game for 86-year-old grandmothers from Canada named Christine McMillan, who really should pay for what they play here instead of taking advantage of the generous "DRM-free" nature of this product and downloading an illegal copy of the game (according to some people are totally not copyright trolls, they swear!). For everyone else it's kind of "meh". The story is at least unapologetically bleak (and was that way before "Dark Souls" made it cool). The graphics are a pretty mix of brown and gray. The gunplay is solid mechanically but nothing spectacular. On the whole it beats out most modern military shooters, but loses out to the resurgent scifi shooters (which, if it's a genre, this game belongs in) in the form of the last 2 Wolfenstein games and Doom.
