I thoroughly enjoyed this game; love the story, love the aesthetics, love the chronicles, love the gameplay, love the puzzles and co-op. It might not be a masterpiece, but it's worth buying. Tons of variety. Like a carnival.
Story is simple, the game is more of Dungeon Crawler than RPG, but has the depth of an RPG. interesting side-quests and characters. Visual style is aesthetic, atmospheric; Icewind Dale may be my favourite setting in D&D because of this game. Visual story-telling, and dialogue are engrossing. Combat is incredibly fun and satisfying; wide variety of enemy types, set-pieces, spells, equipment, classes, and character types to play with. Aesthetic, Handsome, & Action-Packed.
