Controling multiple characters is an interesting concept but I feel the game does not exploit it fully until the very last level. It can also be challenging against bosses when you have to monitor the health of all your characters all the time. Thankfully I discovered an option to make the other characters invulnerable. It feels a bit like a cheat but without it I wouldn't have continued to play, which would have been a shame as the art design is gorgeous
