This game is more squad based and in real time. You level up your squads and find loot that u can equip. It's alot of fun,nice story and voice acting too. I dont know why people give low ratings just becos they have to use Galaxy for online play,the game is alot more than multiplayer, i have never even tried that,the single player campaigns are really good. I dont think its fair to review bomb a good game just becos they dont like Galaxy,the single player part of this game is awesome
It feels like a mix between AOW 3 and Planetfall, but a good mix. Seems to take the best parts of both games and even improve them.
The game plays a little bit like Warband in some ways,but with turn based combat. U can choose if u want level scaling or not ,the games difficulty is very customizable. There is a lot to do on the map and with ur group of mercenaries.U can level about everything in the game and unlock new perks,crafting etc. You can even capture bandits to sell later or to keep in ur camp until they might wanna join you.You can even capture animals this way. This game is not for everybody though,it feels very sandboxy and slow paced, just the way i like it,but it wont be for everyone.You can kinda do whatever u want at your own pace. For me it is a great game.
