Dungeon Siege II

It's alright

The game is fun, but the mobs are pretty unbalanced, and the price to add party members leaves no gold for equipment in the early game. The drops and quest rewards are pretty good, though. The interface leaves a bit to be desired. The markers for four party members takes up a quarter of the screen.

good action game. fun loot

as the title says. not a lot to it otherwise. if you're looking for innovative gameplay, dungeon siege games aren't it.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Plus Edition

Lots to like, BUT...

There is much to like about this game, but there are many frustrating issues for me. Companions take up way too much of your limited time for mostly "get over yourself" reasons (some will leave their post in your government in the middle of tasks for that--totally irresponsible, and even .lawful types will do that. Again, an evil libertine murder hobo in your group shows more respect for your governance than most other companions ) Moral choices seem designed to force any type of leader except a murder hobo to become a hypocrite. Kingdom management requires too much time for too little reward. The GOG version of this game does not include some fixes the developers made to address some of the above Don't know why the devs thought choosing an envoy without even an interview was a good idea, nor why such worthies should be allowed positions within your government at all, since their loyalties are vnot first to your Barony/Kingdom.

Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete

How much time in a life?

I have played this game for thousands of hours. I have loved, lost, been imprisoned, amputated, conquered city states with nothing but a small band and some good gear, slogged through swamps, traversed peaks, fought giants and dragons, caused giants to fight dragons, made my choices and stuck with them then played again to make different ones. This (and it's predecessor ) are the very best games I have ever played. If you like living through well crafted stories, would prefer to let your build win combats to further the story rather than your thumbs taking a reflex test at every turn, and like a lot of community made story content as well as qol--This is a game you should try
