I've sunk 200+ hours in this game now, and I still can't get over the customization available in this grand strategy game. Make your own ruler and civilization, with the kind of progression you'd only find in DnD. Almost every kind of strategy works, which also means your opponents can be anything you can imagine. This often times means they may have a level of toughness and ideal strategy you'll have to work around with your own adaptation. Luckily, with the ability to create tons of modifying gear and being able to go down what ever path you want with the Tomes, the sky is literally the limit.
