Bane of the Cosmic Forge was the 1st PC game i bought and as such, it holds a place dear to my heart. I still have the 3.5" floppy install disks, the beautiful comprehensive manual and that pesky Magic Word booklet. However, don't take this comment lightly. I'm not looking at this thru rose tinted nostalgia glasses. This game is really, really great. It is possibly one of the most addictive games I have played in my life and my heart leapt with joy when I saw this on GOG. One word of advice. Roll, roll and re-roll you chars. It is worth it, and ultimately, necessary. This is a hardcore RPG!
