I appreciate the nostalgia for DOS games that GoG provides but this review does not coincide with ultra-biased reviews here. I grew up with the foundations of computer games. EGA and Tandy were like the next big thing from CGA and before. That said, back then you either loved these games or hated these games because they were the ONLY rpgs at the time. They defined what RPG even is, they are like the founding fathers, the pioneers of the genre. If a game wasn't one of these titles, it was not an RPG at the time; they were considered Adventure. I can remember a century and three decades ago playing Death Knights of Krynn and it was pure dread figuring anything out without hints or clues from books or 1-800 numbers. Needless to say, I hated these games, I was into Double Dragon, Tetris, and maybe the Secret of Monkey Island at the very most. So I disagree with the reviews here that say these are "Best of the Best" or "Best cRPGs of all time" because they are the only cRPGs of all time.
