VVVVVV was my introduction to Terry Cavanagh's games. For all its minimalism and retro graphics, I instantly fell in love. Never frustrating thanks to its instant respawn (well OK, Veni Vidi Vici is a b***, didn't beat it yet godamit!), with really wonderful music, challenging gameplay... If you like it, have also a go at Terry's recent Super Hexagon. Completely different game but still great music and super-tight controls.
