Dishonest
The game does not reflect what was originally presented. instead we get some cheap knock off low quality game with low quality visuals and animations. Its becoming a trend with this dev; they'll have a good idea but preform so poorly on the final presentation.

I feel tortured having played it...
This was a difficult one to play it feels like it was made crudely on a shoestring budget. Gameplay wise developer is hellbent on bringing agony into the game. With sanity spikes sending you to basically hell. With lame punching mechanics and walking around like your drunk just more annoying than anything. The multi story "base" is cumbersome feel constantly having to use the stairs and walk around just to find a poi. Their are audio overlap bugs that make it more comical than anything something that should have been addressed before release.

Needs a lot of work.
This game is completely riddled with bugs, but that is expected upon initial release. With certain features like "manhunt" in sandbox mode being completely game breaking upon failure or successful completion, no menu prompts are accessible upon that event. During interrogations, the chair still thinks the previous occupant is still in it, thus limbs that were damaged on the previous are still non-targetable on the next. Missions can be broken by doing things out of order and progress cannot be made past that if one does such things. Minor visual bugs with animation clipping in some cinematics and being able to see into the void past the main prison floor can be seen.

The game is buggy.
The game has bugs and I honesly don't see why people are fussing over the torture since it not that gory.
