Took 120 hours to complete main game
I had this game since time ago, but it's now when I've played it. My first thought is: WHY IN F*** I HAVEN'T PLAYED IT EARLIER? This game is one of the best on its genre, if not the best. Visuals, animations, cinematics, soundtrack... details everywhere! I'm really impressed with CD Projeckt Red's work, it's flaweless (despite some minor bugs). 10/10 Duration: you'll never feel this game short, you just won't. It took me 120 hours to complete the vanilla game (main and secondary missions), and I still have to play the expansions, yay!! Congratulations to the devs for such brilliant piece of work! You've earned every single cent.

Just 30 hours and it's soooo good
Just got 30 hours in the game, I am afraid of it ending fast. But It says its over 150 hours, well. Just 30 hours in and I totally love it!! just voor 20 euro I got on black friday, kinda feel bad for this game. Just 20 and it's worth it. I've read good reviews about the blood and wine DLC. Can't wait to play it!

So RPGs can tell a story well.
I was of the mind that RPG open worlds were a platform that lacked that ability/structure/thingie something to tell stories well. Chat with NPCs often is a wooden exposition dump that is little more than prompt to get a turb that is guarded by a chicken so a peasant can make soup or other meaningless - increasingly repetitive - tasks. The Witcher 3 changed all that. Other reviews have waxed lyrical - so see them. Suffice to say that is one of the best stories that I have read/watched/interacted with. The choices/interactions are meaningful, and one can't know the consequences prior, which creates true feeling about outcomes - upset, sad, peeved, jubilant or outright funny. My favourite quest so far is getting home renovation supplies for a tolllllallalaa - cracked me up.

This is simply a Masterpiece
I'm at my second play of this game and i cannot get enough, finished the main storyline, didn't dive into the dlcs yet, for every ARPG lover, you need to buy this game, it deserves "Game of the Decenny" in it's genre ! I'm not exagerating, every aspect of this game is fascinating and seems a lot of time and passion have been put into it, The music, the graphics, the dialogues, the mainstory line as well as the side quests scenarios, attention to details, a true masterpiece like there are no more. At full price, this game is worth every penny you could spend, it's now clear that I became a lot more picky when it comes to games since i compare everything to the witcher 3 package and as you might expect very little do compare.
