Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

I have been playing this game for at least 10 years and it is one of those games I just keep going back to. The main reason being is there is just so much content in the complete collection. Not to mention spin off campaigns and if you go to http://www.celestialheavens.com/ you will see the sheer vastness of user made content. Every game of heroes you play is different and if you have the chance to play this multilayer it is one of the best RTS for this. Many times have me and my friends have played a hot seat and then carried on the game later that night over the internet because we just want to keep playing one more turn. If you have never played this game before don't even think about buying it, just do it! I would pay $60 for this game easily so at $9.99 you are getting an absolute bargain!

... For the game that held my attention for 23 years and I still don't feel bored with it. Install these two mods: - HD Mod - Horn of the Abyss If you never played the game before, spend 1-2 months playing it modless, then install these two mods and appreciate how they increase the game's value hundred-fold. Thank me later.

You buy the basic game for next to nothing and then you can find tons of additional content online for free. Despite this game being almost 25 years old, it's aged very well and its community is still alive. Moreover, its mechanics are quite original, i.e. we're not talking about yet another Civilization clone etc. Seriously, I cannot imagine a deal here on GOG where you get so much for so little.

Lets just say I bought this on steam and got 100% of all achievements, then I was sad because I knew there was content missing, low and behold GOG has the full game with the expansions. Buy THIS one not the one on steam, you are getting the short stick on Steam. There are so many players still playing this that you can get a MP game going if you want to, but really I love this game for the single player campaign and the skirmish you can set up. A great strategy/rpg game on a tactical map. For the price its worth it at full price, but if it goes on sale and you where iffy just buy it. if this game is on sale its a steal.

I have been playing this game almost 25 years. I can't stop playing it. I have played homm 1, 2, 4 and 5 too and they are good too, but this is the best without diference. And now, there is an app in android (VCMI) that allows you to play it in the tablet (or mobile if you have good eyes XD) You still need the original game to play in android (this version for GOG, noy the steam one) I'm not tolking about piraty. What to say about the game... Various factions with a lot of different creatures with diferent abbilities. A lot of spells. This forms an infinite possibilities of strategies to win. There is various campaings and an absurd quantity of scenarios. You have a map editor to create new scenarios and a automatic creation option, so you always will have new maps to play. And there is a big community that creates new campaings and even new factions... Last year they create a new one (factory). I said it before: BEST GAME IN THE WORLD
