Unplayable
Bought it out of sheer nostalgia. From the loading screen onwards it is a mess. The mouse is hardly visible or responsive. The animations are frozen and the sound is not in sync with the movement. The resolution is busted Totally unplayable as it is. Total waste of money.

Poor Compatibility
I really liked this game as a kid, but I can't get it to run properly. The gameplay is very sluggish and the cursor is nearly unusable. I've tried some of the suggestions from the forum but nothing helped. I feel like GOG may have rushed this one.

Agree with other reviews
Lots of problems with this version - I agree with the other reviewers. Very disappointing - GOG needs to take a look at it.

not working
I own the standard edition and I formerly owned the CD version. Sadly this game does not work. I tried it, I checked the forums - nope no chance. When starting this comment I was asked to keep it to a player's view. I tried, but there is no playable version. I love and loved this game. But I just was disappointed with this version. GOG can do better than this.

Has run great for me for years.
Quirky, unique little rpg. Originally had to source quicktime codecs to get cutscenes working when I bought it years ago for Windows 7 but now I'm running it on Linux Mint and it works out of the box through heroic for me.
