Simply Breathaking.

Before I wirte sth about the game, I have to say that luckily I do not experience any bigger bugs and game is working surprisingly well on my PC. But for guys on old consoles and with bad luck on PC I feel you. But in regards to the game, it's just simply breathtaking. I've never felt so immersed. It looks simply out of the world. Need to see and experience it guys. Worth 100%.

Best worst game you will play

"After a fist shock and almost a refund claim, i cooled down sufficiently enough to play the game called Cyberpunk 2077, and not Witcher 4." This is the first phrase in my original review of the game, with 5 stars. Since then, I have tried to play it four more times, each time lasting shorter and shorter time. Final session only lasted until the end of the combat tutorial. I kept telling myself that the game is good, since I have finished it once at launch, warts and all. But after the novelty has worn off, the ugly began to show through the cracks. Even after all the polish, all the changes and revamps, the game is still the same. Put lipstick on a pig, and will still be just a pig. The greed to make it playable (barely) on PS4 has doomed it from the start. ll the corners cut to make that hapened are glaring at you while playing like a gapping wound. Then, the decision to make it FPS for "immersion" reasons simply struck out. I have played 1000+ hours of "the-game-with-which-you-must-not-compare-it" to know that I have cried and laughed with Geralt in TPS and I was fully immers during all those hours (except in W1 where the story was the one gripping the player, not the perspective). And having said that, this story is decent, but it is not enough to compensate for the shortcomings of a FPS with a limited FOV (yes you can probably increase it, but i am not a pigeon to see behind my head). CDPR used to be the sweethart if many gamers, looking at it fondly for ditching egregious corporate practices. Now, that mantle has passed to Larian, and CDPR will be saved or killed by Witcher 4.

Beware the Corpo Propaganda

Do not trust the corpo propaganda, this game is a masterpiece. People are giving it 1 or 2 stars just because of key binding issues. What really matters in an RPG are graphics, gameplay, immersion, progression and story. Graphics: Excellent. There is so much in every scene, it is astounding that it runs at stable frames. Exceptional attention to detail at all levels. Character models and animations are exceptionally good allowing cut scenes to display a layer of emotional subtext impossible in most other games. Game Play: Great. Hits feel substantive and gunplay is highly responsive. There are always multiple avenues through every encounter, though I prefer beating everyone senseless with a shock baton. Immersion: Amazing. Probably the most immersive game world I have yet to experience. Everything is so detailed and alive. You will see crowded streets where complex interactions are constantly taking place. One time I encountered a raving doom-sayer on the street. I stopped to listen to his preaching, talked to him and then listened some more. To my surprise to snotty uptown girls then suddenly rolled up and started taking selfies with the madman mocking him in their valley girl accents the entire time. What other game does this!!?? Progression: Amazing. This game is definitely an RPG. There are multiple attributes and multiple skill trees within those attributes. I am personally doing a streetbrawler who focuses on Body and Cool and uses flurries of fists to stun my enemies, but there are SO MANY options. Story: Amazing. Characters feel real and choices have weight. Most importantly who you are and want to be affects the flow of the story. Attributes are incorporated into dialogue so if you are a thug, people are going to respond Summary: This game and this company is under attack by established games developers. They attack because they are afraid. Don't buy the popaganda, buy Cyberpunk

Most immersive and detailed RPG to date

This is not a Rockstar game, this is a beautifully crafted RPG set in an incredibly detailed city whose streets are bustling with people walking, having conversations with each other that add to the immersion and lore, and driving vehicles. I'm not going to pretend and say I finished the game yet - I didn't. I'm over 30 hours in and I've barely scratched the surface of the content in this quest. I've been busy with the amazing amount of side content. But I needed to give first impressions so far against the slew of reviews that seem to have the perspective of someone living in an alternate reality where this game isn't anything short of an amazing, immersive RPG. The game doesn't have this, the game doesn't have that. "I can't sit down and eat or drink at a bar." What the heck? I bought this game because I wanted to be in an immersive world with great storytelling, characters, and choices. I've been getting that. "Traffic doesn't have AI." If no one told me this, I wouldn't have even noticed. I didn't buy the game for a GTA experience, yet ironically, I love driving in this game and maneuvering around vehicles. I refuse to fast travel. (Keep in mind - I play using a controller). "NPCs aren't alive." Okay... Did you play any of the Witcher games, especially the third one? Because the AI is the same and its NPCs felt just alive in that game as this game. The city is absolutely bustling with NPCs. Some have conversations with each other - personal and otherwise, others interact with objects in the environment, some have their faces in their phones, etc. I'm sorry that people seem to be caught up on being excessively over picky about this game more than any game I've ever seen in history. I'm at awe every time I walk the streets of Night City, or have a conversation with a character in the game (voice acting is amazing, by the way). I've been fortunate to not encounter noticeable bugs or performance issues (GTX 1080). I play at 1080p Ultra 45-60 FPS.

Breathtaking

Game is amazing. I love main missions, characters are fantastic. City is big and full of very intresting and well designed places, locations are the best, really there are beautifull, cars sounds amazing. There are a lot of collectibles, they are very important beacause You can find some bonus stuff if You will read them. There are a lot of weapons to collect, clothes, special upgrades. Music is amazing, it fits perfect to this game, to locations and situations in game. I love bond between Johny and V, storyline is so good that You want to play for hours, also Johny appears in normal events in the game and he coments everything. I don't care about bugs, I bought game for storyline, for myself. I don't have PS5 yet, I play on PS4Pro (15 hours) but I will also buy it on PC. I also reccomend to buy guide book, there are 495 pages of city history, characters, gangs, easter eggs, missions etc.
