Wish it had expansions
Should be played before Apostle: Rebellion as it sets up a lot of background to major events and characters in the sequel. I got involved in the story so much, I wish it got extra events, an After Story or even alternate endings for several sub-characters. One advantage I think this title has over it's more sophisticated sequel is a larger number of heroines and sub heroines whose stories and endings you can get. The main heroines in particular have proper routes with exclusive individual events, requiring you to replay the game multiple times to get everything. Fortunately, there is a New Game + system that lets you keep loot from previous runs to cut down on the grind. I also feel that while the maps and dungeon designs were simpler, there were more dungeons to explore. Take note that it was a strong positive response to this title that fueled the passion that went into it's amazing sequel.
